This starts next week!
I thought I was brave and didn’t have much fear. As I started studying fear, I realized that wasn’t true at all. When I felt fear, I felt shame, so I avoided it or repressed it at all costs. Maybe this is you. Or maybe you have fear in one area. Or maybe as you’ve gotten older, you’re feeling fear with your horses, like you never did before. As women in this culture, I believe that fear guides our beliefs and actions much more than we notice. As horsemen, I believe it is taboo to admit we are afraid. We love horses, we aren’t supposed to be afraid… which leads to so much shame and avoidance!
We will discuss this, what God says about fear, and then start introducing some skills to move through the fear instead of avoiding it.
There are two different parts:
1. Zoom calls: May 13 and 24 2-4 pm.
These will be recorded and available with registration, if you’re not able to make the live.
2. In-person with your horse (or mine if needed)
If you’re local, you can start working on the skills to notice the fear and develop a relationship with your horse that can change the fear.
Options:
A. You can just attend the zoom calls, get the information and workbook. You do not have to own horses. They will be part of the conversation, but obviously, you can substitute your fear when we talk specifically about the horse.
B. You can attend zoom calls and in-person event.
C. You can’t make the live calls, so you watch the replays.
D. You come to the zoom calls (either live or replay) and want to do a four hour private session with you and your horse.
